Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any Eduvance course.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eduvance website and courses, operated by Eduvance Learning Pvt. Ltd. ("Eduvance," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our courses.

1. Who can use Eduvance

You must be at least 18 years old, or using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase a course. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Courses & Content

Eduvance currently offers the following courses: "The Complete Blueprint of YouTube & Instagram," "How to Start-Up," and "Financial Risk Analysis & Control." Course content, curriculum, and instructors may be updated periodically to keep material current; enrolled learners receive access to such updates at no extra cost.

3. License to Use Course Content

  • Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course for your own individual learning use.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or share your login credentials or any course material (including videos, worksheets, templates, and downloadable resources) with any third party.
  • Course videos and materials are protected against unauthorized downloading, screen recording, and sharing. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for accounts found violating this license.
  • All course content remains the intellectual property of Eduvance Learning Pvt. Ltd. or its licensed instructors, and is protected under applicable copyright law.
  • Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. Eduvance does not store your card or banking details. Prices, discounts, and launch offers are subject to change without prior notice and do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

5. Refund Policy

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
  • Refund requests can be made by emailing support@eduvance.in with your registered email and order details.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase, or where more than 20% of the course has been accessed.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website or any course for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other learners. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued upon finishing all modules and the capstone project of a course. Certificates are issued for personal record and do not constitute a professional accreditation, degree, or diploma recognized by any government or regulatory body unless explicitly stated on the certificate.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Courses are provided for educational purposes only. Eduvance makes no guarantee of specific financial, professional, or business outcomes (including income, follower growth, funding raised, or employment) resulting from completing a course. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduvance's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or courses is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

In particular, the "Financial Risk Analysis & Control" course is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial or business decision based on course content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this website.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Eduvance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State].
